Our story

Our very first Hong Kong shop located in Central was opened in 2009. We introduced to Hong Kong the 20 years old signature Danish bread of Kyoto Gion. Bread lovers can now taste this “Miracle Danish Bread from Japan” in Hong Kong. Our main shop was decorated with Japanese-style tearoom style. Every day, we freshly baked the delicious Danish bread for our dear customers. “To serve our customers with quality food” is our pledge.

We cook simple but tasty

In our central kitchen, the core members of our professional team is consisted of renowed Japanes baker and patisserie who are fond of traditional recipes and refuse to give up painstaking traditional techniques, together with experienced Hong Kong main chef.
Our team creates and produces wholesome food rich in delicate textures, maximum flavor.

We use high quality and fresh Ingredients

Major ingredients of our bread, namely flour and margarine, are imported from Japan directly. We choose the high quality ingredients from Japan and France for our pâtissie. Spaghetti and sauces are from our home brand which was jointly developed with other Japanese food enterprises.
